The Villa

Harmony Villa is an exceptional private home set outside the beautiful little town of Naoussa, in Paros of Cyclades, offering a wonderful and cozy atmosphere.

A large bright terrace with pergolas shelters the property, giving it seclusion and brightness, while colorful flowering plants add to the oasis-like atmosphere. The newly built swimming pool adds freshness and wellbeing to all its guests.

Stone footpaths wind through the green garden, surprisingly lush for being so close to the coast.

Location

Harmony Residence is located only 60 meters from the water and 180 meters from the closest sandy beach.
Paros, is consistently among the top three destinations for Greece because it is an island that offers everything you need: sun and sea, with its beautiful beaches, leisure and summer sports, restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas, shops and cafes, the flea markets and many nightclubs.

Architecture

Offering an interior of 275 square meters, approximately 3,000 square feet, it is based on an original designed island home and was completely renovated in 2010.

The elemental, unfussy Cycladic design features large spaces connected by high rounded arches. Rooms on the ground floor include a very spacious central salon and dining area, a deluxe kitchen, three colorful welcoming bedrooms with two bathrooms. On the first floor feature another three bedrooms with traditional stone -built beds as well as two more bathrooms and a sun bathed terrace made for relaxation.

The floors are made of fine, subtly shaped stone of Karystos. All technical elements of the residence including the roof, doors, windows, electricity, plumbing and heating are new. The house thus combines the charm of a traditional island home with the comforts of a new one. It is offered fully furnished and equipped. All of the furniture was hand-built to order for this residence.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette ravissante villa. Très bien située, elle est également très spacieuse et se prête très bien à des vacances entre amis avec enfants. Il n'est pas possible d'utiliser la piscine l'après-midi mais cela n'est finalement pas très gênant car l'ile offre de nombreuses et merveilleuses plages. Merci à Dimitri pour sa disponibilité au moment de la préparation de notre séjour !

La maison est très belle, très spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse avec pergola est très agréable. Le propriétaire est sympathique et facilement joignable. La piscine est un peu encaissée et il n'est pas possible de se baigner toute la journée mais apparemment c'est pareil dans toutes les maisons avec piscine à Naoussa. La localisation est parfaite : proche du centre ville et un peu à l'écart quand même pour éviter les nuisances sonores. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette maison!

Grande villa très bien équipée et entretenue (nous étions deux familles avec enfants, très confortablement installés - 6 chambres ! et nombres couchages d'appoint), bénéficiant notamment d'un très agréable jardin ombragé et d'une belle piscine (12x5). La situation (5' à pieds du centre et du port de Naoussa, et 5' d'une belle plage à l'extérieur de la ville) permet de profiter pleinement de cette belle ville sans aucune nuisances : parking facile, tous commerces, et calme ! Le pieds à terre idéal pour découvrir la belle île de Naoussa, d'autant que Dimitri n'hésite pas à vous aider à préparer tous les aspects logistiques de votre séjour.

La maison est grande et spacieuse et permet d'accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes sans aucun problème. La piscine est simplement fabuleuse et bien agréable après le retour de la plage. Elle est idéalement située, tout proche du centre du village et de ces belles ruelles. Un seul bémol, il concerne l'équipement cuisine qui est un peu en dessous du standing de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique et n'hésiterions pas y revenir!

Cette maison est merveilleuse pour des vacances à Paros. Tout près du centre de Naoussa et de la plage. Maison de très bon goût, d'un confort parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les personnes chargées de la maison dont la disponibilité est extraordinaire.

The house is beautiful, well decorated and very convenient for big groups like ours. It is perfectly located, 200meters from a nice sand beach and 5 min walking from Naoussa''s charming and vibrating center. The owner was also very kind and helpful. A perfect stay in a paradisiacal island!

The house was just perfect and a really good surprise when we arrived. It is even nicer than on the pictures available on the site. The patio is a perfect place to spend some time during the day and at night, biggest than it seems in photo, and the terrace is great : so white, with the sea in front! And the house is very close to all commodities. Great holidays!

Although I already liked the pictures in the internet, some of us had quite low expectations. In fact, we all were surprised entering the house. A warm, familiar atmosphere, a big living room and even some nice decoration, but our clear favorites were the huge terraces both up- and downstairs. It was the optimum you can imagine based on the description. We didn't miss anything and if we had questions or problems, the very friendly contact person Kosmas helped us. Naoussa is a lovely place for a holiday, and so is this house. We felt like being at home immediately and would absolutely love to return there.
